are you yet to shop online?

Do we know where to properly navigate bargains when we want them?  The issue at hand is shopping responsibly with online retailers such as Amazon and eBay, retailers who are renowned, everyone has heard of and is planning to shop with online for a bargain.

To be consumer savvy one facet is to not reinvent the wheel when it comes to shopping.  This just means we're going to stick to who we know and are comfortable shopping with: eBay and Amazon.  We're careful not to venture off into the black hole of the Internet where we will eventually get ripped off from overpriced goods.  Discounts are what we yearn for.  Quality discounts.

When designing my blog I dabbled with Amazon and eBay search criteria.  Visitors acknowledged my page's search tools as handy, on site necessities to compare and contrast products of the same genre or brand.  Yes, brand name is always sufficient but brand name can also be cost effective if we can look passed the malls, outlet stores and outrageous prices found almost everywhere offline.  If you are used to shopping at the mall or outlet stores perhaps this post is only offering a hint of skepticism.  I hope not however, do you realize that stores in the mall or in the city or wherever have a tremendous overhead to finance? (rent, employee salaries, inventory, utilities, etc.) After paying for all of these aspects of the business monthly they still need to reap a profit on what they sell.  It's a lucrative process and difficult to keep up with.  We observe this daily when we hear or read of retailers on the street filing for bankruptcy.  This is because shoppers are becoming wiser with their hard earned monies and are benefiting from saving a lot considering online shopping.

This post is meant to steer the intelligent consumer away from having to pay for high priced merchandise they can purchase for much less online.  One who operates their business entirely online does have to pay usually for marketing and advertising but there tends to be less overhead (in some cases).  This means giant savings passed onto you, the intelligent consumer.

To reiterate, I am glad you are here and have found shopping freedom.
