on salads. someone who emailed me recently requested I post different takes on salad recipes and where they could navigate cookbooks, etc. I am no expert on salad-making or cooking so I had the idea to blog an expert video on the subject to accompany anyone's hunt for salad recipe ideas. in the video below, for an example, "The Hairy Bikers" make two delicious salads to accompany their home-made beef empanadas.
