Round Shaped Reusable Heat Pads - Clear-Bend the metal disc back and forth inside these unique and healing gel pads. The pad will crystalize and warm up instantly. If the pad remains unchanged, continue bending the disc internally until the pad begins to cloud inside. Use these pads as cold pads by placing them in the freezer until completely frozen.

To recharge or reuse these pads, place the used heat pad in a colander and submerge into boiling water. Allow the pads to boil for approximately 5-minutes or until the crystals inside the heat pad have become liquid (entire inside of pad clear again). Allow the pads to then cool to room temperature before attempting use again.
