Taxes should be a cooperation not a punishment

I am not a millionaire. And I do not believe millionaires should be paying any higher a tax than I (yes, I will be beginning some of my sentences with 'and'). I believe in giving back to a system that gives. No, I am not piping communism or that everyone should earn the same pence. I can honestly type that I make nowhere near six figures and still type that I do not believe a millionaire should be paying any higher a tax than I, let alone pay my way. Naturally if a millionaire resides in a twenty million dollar home on 5 acres of lush sod grass, I understand they will be paying a higher property tax than I, someone who rents and doesn't pay much of a property tax at all. But that's another story, along with the other millionaire exceptions.

So, who am I? I am one of the little people (just like a millionaire, billionaire .. just like you). We are all 'little people' snacking on material things. We just love the materials. I just believe that the percentages should match up when it comes to health care, local, state and federal taxes. I find that the ones with the most expenditure are the first to cry bankruptcy of the soul. These 'ones' bring me to my rant regarding government and those responsible for government issues, propaganda and the many juices squeezed out of our comparison of apples to apples (that would be the government).

I don't blame one person, I don't blame the voters. I blame the system. The system that forces its people to believe that there are monsters in their closets. The system that blames the very people that make it a system. Like the celebrity who spits on their fan. Fans invest in celebrities which increases their celebrity and increases their ratings and sales revenue. Why spit on the fans? Why follow only your 10 fellow celebrity friends on Twitter when you have 100 million followers? But that too is another story (yes, I will be beginning some of my sentences with 'but').

Government should not be permitted to take away what was rightfully financed by its people nor should 'it' be allowed to threaten its people over taking it away. Political agenda is not the peoples' fault hence I believe in paying for my mistakes alone. I know you do. Should they? Of course. But do they? I will be gracious and say seldom do they.

Politicians are in concert with media and the widespread sounding board for fear. Politicians indulge in the selling, bargaining and trading of fear as if it were a commodity. Fear might very well be the ultimate political vice. Government is in cooperation within itself, its own cycle, its own system. This isn't conspiracy theorist vomit. Government needs and buys more ad space than any known retailer. Why? It's essential their propaganda is conveyed, up closely and personally. So, who are you voting for? Just kidding. Thanks for reading.
