1901 Bison $10.00 Dollar Bill Legal Tender Note: Potentially the most popular note to own amongst collectors is the Series 1901 $10 Buffalo bank note, or Buffalo Bill currency note. Over the years many people have thought that the bison used on this paper bill was none other than Black Diamond, the buffalo used on the design of the wildly popular buffalo nickels, but in fact was a different buffalo altogether.
